Reporting an Issue
If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To assist us in resolving your concern efficiently, please provide a detailed description of the issue along with clear photos of the arrangement in question. Photos should include close-ups of the specific problem areas as well as a full view of the arrangement.
Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements
Refunds or replacements may be considered for the following issues:
Flowers that are wilted or damaged upon delivery.
Significant discrepancies between the delivered arrangement and the order specifications.
Delivery of the wrong arrangement.
Exclusions
Refunds or replacements will not be provided for:
Minor variations in color or flower type, as substitutions may be necessary due to seasonal availability.
Arrangements that have not been properly cared for according to our provided care instructions.
Complaints reported more than 48 hours after delivery.
Resolution Process
Once we receive your photos and description of the issue, our team will review the information and determine the appropriate course of action. This may include:
